Honoré Arias focuses on helping entrepreneurs, start-ups, and emerging businesses make informed decisions that will empower them to manage daily and strategic business matters. Honoré provides knowledgeable representation to his clients by gaining a firm understanding of both their business and legal needs. His experience includes assistance with entity formation, regulatory compliance, contracts, negotiations, asset purchase and sale transactions, commercial real estate transactions, estate planning, employment matters, and intellectual property.
As a Portland native, Honoré received his undergraduate degree in political science from Portland State University and his law degree from Lewis & Clark Law School. During law school, he gained first-hand experience by working closely with transactional and litigation attorneys at two local law firms. He also participated in the Lewis & Clark Small Business Legal Clinic and represented his law school in moot court competitions.
In his spare time, Honoré enjoys trail running, hiking, and exploring the Pacific Northwest. As a classically trained chef with an extensive culinary arts background, Honoré would like to believe he can prepare a decent meal, and his friends and family seem to agree. He also loves flipping through history books and is an avid Portland Trailblazer fan.
